The Stumpjumper 15 EVO Alloy is designed to eliminate trade-offs in trail riding. It delivers the bump-absorbing capability of a larger bike while maintaining short-travel control, playfulness, and climbing efficiency. The bike offers extensive personalization options to suit individual rider preferences and styles. The centerpiece of this bike is GENIE, a patent-pending air spring technology that combines the best characteristics of both coil and air springs. GENIE provides the maximum grip and traction of a coil spring feel through the bump zone, the bottom-out prevention of a progressive air spring, and the ability to independently tune mid-stroke and end-stroke support. This two-stage spring rate design delivers 16.3% better bump force management than traditional air springs and 57% better traction because the wheel maintains ground contact longer. The geometry is carefully honed to deliver big bike capability when needed, nimble handling in tight sections, and efficient climbing. The generous cockpit centers the rider for optimized traction and corner control, while the low bottom bracket, slack head tube angle, and optimized fork offset provide stability in rough terrain. Six distinct geometry settings allow fine-tuning of head angle and bottom bracket height for stability or clearance based on riding style and terrain. Wheel choice flexibility is built in through aftermarket shock links, allowing riders to choose between 29" wheels front and rear or mix a 27.5" rear for a more responsive and playful ride without affecting geometry. SWAT downtube storage integration provides convenient on-bike carrying capacity. The bike is backed by a lifetime, no-questions-asked replacement warranty for suspension pivot bearings to the original owner.
