Overview
We understand that sometimes plans change. This policy explains how order cancellations are handled at The Bike and Trike.
Details
Orders may be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
If your order has not yet been processed, we can cancel it and no payment will be captured.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation and will need to follow our Return Policy.
Because many of our products ship directly from our suppliers, some orders are processed quickly and may not be able to be canceled once submitted.
For items that are backordered or unavailable, customers will be given the option to:
Continue waiting for the item
Cancel the order for a full refund
If your order is canceled after payment has been captured, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
