We offer in-store pickup for select items. This policy explains how pickup orders are handled at The Bike and Trike.

Order Processing & Pickup Notification
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days
You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup
Please wait for this notification before coming to the store
Pickup Location
All pickup orders are available at:
612 Broadway Street
Rock Springs, WY 82901
What to Bring
A valid photo ID
Your order confirmation or order number
Pickup Timeframe
Orders will be held for 7 days after notification
If you need more time, please contact us and we’ll be happy to work with you
Unclaimed Orders
Orders not picked up within the hold period may be canceled and refunded
Third-Party Pickup
If someone else will be picking up your order, please contact us in advance
They must provide the order name and valid ID
Product Availability
Some items may need to be ordered from our suppliers before they are ready for pickup
We will notify you once your item arrives and is ready
