The frameset features D'Aluisio Smartweld technology with continuously-varied wall thicknesses and shaping that deliver stiffness for efficiency and compliance for comfort and control. A one-piece hydroformed seat tube integrates the seat tube pivot, main pivot, and BB shell, eliminating extra weight and material compared to traditional welded designs. With 110mm of Ride Dynamics tuned suspension, the Chisel inherits advanced suspension kinematics and progressive geometry developed on technical World Cup courses. A flex stay rear end design provides class-leading suspension performance while eliminating the extra weight and maintenance associated with traditional pivot designs. The geometry positions the rider in an optimal pedaling position with a steep seat tube, while honed anti-squat reduces pedal-bob.
