The Bike and Trike stands behind everything we sell. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item within 30 days and we can see about replacing it (some items are non-returnable after use). Please read "Returns" below for more information.
We generally do not offer shipping. Give us a call or see us in store to see about shipping.
FREE IN-STORE PICKUP
Orders placed for in-store items that are in stock will be ready after 4:00 pm the same day if received by 11:00 am (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 11:00 am or on the weekend can be ready the same day if you would kindly alert us by phone that you placed an order- otherwise they will be ready the next day by the end of the day. Orders placed for items In Warehouse generally take 7-10 days to ship to the store. We will alert you via phone or email when your order is ready for pick up. Unless special arrangements are made in advance, orders requesting in-store pickup need to be picked up within 10 days. A 10% restocking fee will be charged after 30 days.
Occasionally, some items are unexpectedly out of stock or unavailable and may be backordered. If this should occur, we will only bill credit cards for merchandise that is actually received and purchased by said customer. The total shipping charge for orders split into multiple shipments will not exceed the amount quoted on original order.
If there’s a problem with something you purchased from us, please bring it back to the store. We do not accept returns on layaways, special orders, or after 30 days from initial purchase dates. Merchandise returned that appears used will be subject to a restocking fee. (Labor fees are not refundable, i.e., custom built wheels.)
